Open Season 2026
We are now right in the thick of Open Season—a wonderfully vibrant time of year when we open our doors and warmly welcome prospective students and parents into the heart of our school community. Through our bustling Open Evenings and daytime Open Day Tours, visitors get a first-hand look at what a ‘usual’ day is really like at Southborough High School.
For those visitors who already know us well, the warm atmosphere comes as no surprise. They are accustomed to seeing how calm, respectful, and happy our boys are, both inside and outside the classroom. Our students enjoy engaging lessons, take genuine pride in learning, and forge lifelong friendships along the way. Every single day, our core values—Respect, Resilience, Responsibility, and Relationships—shine through in everything we do.
But what about those visiting us for the very first time? Is it natural for newcomers to hold preconceived notions about a boys’ comprehensive school? More importantly, do those perceptions change once they walk through our doors?
